Bounce Health Innovation is a Newfoundland and Labrador initiative supporting the development of innovative healthtech solutions. Positioned at the intersection of the university and healthcare systems, and operating under techNL, Bounce delivers tailored, one-on-one support—expertise, mentorship, funding, and connections—to innovators and companies. By providing bespoke guidance at every stage, Bounce is building a connected, world-class healthtech ecosystem.


The Centre for Aging + Brain Health Innovation (CABHI), powered by Baycrest, drives the development and adoption of transformative aging and brain health solutions. Through its funding programs and tailored acceleration services, including access to diverse end user groups, CABHI advances innovations across Canada and the world.


The Canadian Trade Commissioner Service (TCS) helps companies navigate the complexities of international markets and make better business decisions. The TCS is on the ground in more than 160 cities worldwide. We gain market intelligence, uncover opportunities for Canadian companies and help reduce business costs and risks.
CTS is a renowned healthtech accelerator, funded in 2008. As a not-for-profit organization, it relies on an ecosystem of partners and a global network of entrepreneurs, scientists, investors, tech and life sciences executives to achieve its mission: "Catalyze the growth of emerging health tech companies by providing bespoke acceleration services at the critical steps of early-stage commercialization and financing for the medtech and digital health sectors".
Based at Concordia University in Montreal and open to all, District 3 has supported health and science startups since 2015—establishing itself as one of Quebec’s leading incubators for early-stage, STEM-driven ventures.
